One envelope, three disciplines — shell, weldment and electrical enclosure, under one roof.
What we build

Four container families, engineered as one discipline.

BESS containers

Battery energy storage enclosures built to survive thermal, fire and duty-cycle demands over a multi-year field life.

Data centre gensets

Genset and IT enclosures engineered against acoustic and availability specifications set by the facility.

Diesel & gas gensets

Acoustic genset enclosures for standby and prime power, sized and finished to the site they will stand in.

Compact substations & E-houses

Switchgear and transformer enclosures built for utility and industrial deployment, documented for empanelment.

Why the process matters

Four things we control that most suppliers don't.

01

Coil-to-finished, in-house

Full process control and traceability from steel coil to painted, tested unit. No sub-contracted quality gaps; one throat to choke on schedule.

02

Robotic & semi-automated welding

Repeatable structural quality engineered to EN 1090 / ISO 3834 — not job-shop hand welding. Weld quality is the single largest field-failure risk in containerised assets.

03

C5M marine-grade paint system

ISO 12944 C5 high-corrosivity coating, applied in a dedicated booth. Coastal and industrial BESS sites destroy under-specified coatings within 3–5 years.

04

European jigs & fixtures

Customisable pneumatic jigs for dimensional accuracy and interchangeability. Doors, glands and equipment fit first time on site; retrofit parts are interchangeable.

How we’re built to work

One envelope, three disciplines.

Every Powervault unit is an ISO container shell, a structural weldment and an electrical enclosure at the same time. Most suppliers are good at one of the three. We are set up for all three in the same building.

  • Container shell Corrosion-rated steel envelope, corrugated for structural stiffness and transport handling.
  • Structural weldment Robotic and semi-automated welding to a repeatable structural standard.
  • Electrical enclosure Switchgear, cable management and fit-out engineered to the governing electrical code.
  • Manufacturing

The plant — our strongest asset.

A dedicated facility running coil to finished product under one roof, with robotic welding, a C5M marine-grade paint booth and European-engineered jigs and finishes.
